Spreadsheet processing

RowPair reads, matches, and exports spreadsheets locally in your web browser. The contents of files you select are not uploaded to RowPair, stored on RowPair servers, or associated with an account.

Website requests

Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure serving RowPair may process basic request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

Local browser data

Temporary application state may exist in memory while you use the matcher. RowPair does not intentionally persist your spreadsheet rows in browser storage. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active job.

Anonymous usage statistics

RowPair collects limited, first-party usage statistics without advertising or analytics cookies. This includes the page path, referring domain, broad device category, and actions such as starting a match or downloading a result. A random identifier groups activity only within the current browser tab session and is not used to recognize returning visitors. Usage events are retained for up to 180 days.

RowPair does not collect spreadsheet contents, filenames, selected match columns, IP addresses, persistent visitor identifiers, or account details through analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this collection.

Your choices

You can use RowPair without creating an account. Files are selected directly from your device and their contents remain inside the active browser session while you work.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, RowPair stores the name, reply email, and message you submit so the operator can read and respond to it. Contact messages are visible only in the protected owner dashboard and are kept for up to 365 days. The form does not accept file attachments, and you should not include spreadsheet contents or other sensitive records.
